This masterclass will help you restore range of motion and free up tight areas so you can move through life with more ease and freedom.
Flexible for Life is a yoga masterclass designed to reduce stiffness and help you move with more ease and freedom.
Instead of forcing deeper stretches, this class offers a smarter approach to flexibility that works with how the body responds as we age.
Through guided movement and clear instruction, you’ll learn how to support your joints, improve usable range of motion, and feel more comfortable in everyday life.
It’s an intentional, beginner-friendly, accessible approach to flexibility that helps movement feel easier both in class and beyond.
In our Flexible for Life class, you’ll be guided through gentle movement and intentional stretching with clear instruction along the way.
You’ll move, stretch, learn, and leave feeling more free in your body and with a clearer sense of how to approach flexibility in a way that feels doable and sustainable.

These reflections come from students who have experienced Mikah’s therapeutic approach to teaching yoga.
"I had wanted to try yoga for many years and finally did it. I’m 76 years old and learned so much from Mikah that I can do the poses and breathing exercises in my own home. I had a knee replacement a year ago and wasn’t sure I could do the poses. She showed me ways to do it so as not to hurt my knee. Mikah has a soft, soothing voice that actually puts me at ease."

Pat B.
"As a yoga therapist, Mikah has advanced training in helping people with arthritis, joint replacements, osteoporosis, and other barriers to yoga, to actually practice. She can help you achieve your goals like getting on and off the ground to play with your grandkids and preventing falls with better balance."

Christa F.
"Mikah is is extremely patient and makes you feel as if you are the only student she has. No judgment and always helpful and upbeat. Can’t say enough positive things about Mikah and her style of teaching."

Rose T.
"I took Mikah's class last September and it was great. I had always wanted to try yoga but since I am not the most flexible or in shape person and I didn’t know how to do the poses, I was too intimidated, but Mikah goes slow and explains everything. Very inviting and not intimidating at all."

Margi C.
"I have just finished a six-week beginner series with Mikah. I am so grateful that I did. What a difference it made in the way I feel. I had back surgery years ago and was taking a lot of pain meds due to the pain. I also had been having trouble with my right knee. The pain was getting so unbearable. After the yoga series, the pain was gone and I'm off meds now."

Donna S.
"Mikah helps you where you are. I have been hip and knee pain free for two years due to her instruction. If you are on the fence about yoga I can assure you walking without pain or medicine is totally wonderful. Thank you, Mikah."

Phyllis R.
"This is the best thing I’ve done for myself in a long while. Although I am regularly active, I sensed that my core and balance had diminished somewhat in the past few years. Mikah’s yoga classes help with core and muscle strength, balance, range of motion and more."

M.S. in Yoga Therapy, ACE Senior Fitness Specialist
I’m a yoga therapist and senior fitness specialist, and I teach yoga a little differently.
Many of my students come to me after being told by a doctor or physical therapist that yoga would help... only to feel overwhelmed, discouraged, or even injured in a class that wasn’t designed for their body at this stage of life.
That’s why my work focuses on yoga for healthy, vibrant aging. I teach yoga therapeutically, which means I think carefully about joint health, balance and fall prevention, posture, and the kind of strength and mobility that support everyday life.
Flexible for Life introduces you to how I specifically approach flexibility in my teaching.
This masterclass gives you a chance to experience a more supportive way of improving flexibility, one that helps reduce stiffness and makes movement feel easier in everyday life.
What if I'm a complete beginner?
Perfect. This masterclass is designed to be accessible, clearly guided, and supportive, even if you’re brand new to yoga or returning after time away.
Do I have to attend the masterclass live?
Live attendance is encouraged, but a replay will be available for one week if you can’t attend live or want to revisit the class.
What if I have physical limitations?
You’ll be offered options and modifications throughout the class. The goal is to work with your body as it is today.
What do I need for class?
A yoga mat, a sturdy chair, and a couple of basic props such as blocks or a strap. Household alternatives are welcome.
Do I need to join the membership to benefit from the masterclass?
Not at all. The Flexible for Life masterclass is designed to stand on its own. The membership is simply an option if you’d like continued access to classes and guidance afterward.
Is this class focused on gentle, age-appropriate flexibility?
Yes. Flexible for Life is designed specifically for adults 50+ and focuses on comfort, joint health, and usable flexibility. The goal is to move more easily in daily life, not to achieve extreme poses.
Join me for the Flexible for Life masterclass on Friday, March 6th and experience a smarter, more supportive approach to flexibility.
